for any basic rendered comm you will recieve:

Terms of service

By commissioning me, you have read and agreed to the following termscommissions are for personal use only. Please contact me for commercial works- additional fees will be incurred for commercial rights.Using my artworks to feed ANY AI program is strictly prohibited.I have the right to decline any commission I do not believe I can complete

Please note that the larger the commission, the longer it will take!!Copyright/UsageAs the artist, I own all rights to work created by me. I have permission to monetize my art in ANY way, including sales, prints, and marketing. This includes posting my work on the internet.
Unless rights are purchased, you may not sell, reproduce, or redistribute my works in any way.
For exclusivity, 100% of the original commission price must be paid. (For character designs, the fee is only 50%)
Using art for AI training, or to be sold as NFTs, is STRICTLY prohibited.CancellationIf no payment is received within one week of the sketch being confirmed, the

please tell me in detail what style of commission you are requesting and your total price (including any add-ons)If additional complexity fees are incurred, I will inform you before payment is required.Please provide which character you are commissioning me to draw or the design concept- detailed references/ reference boards are appreciated and encouraged!! Please tell me everything about the character, from personality to lore! the more information I have, the better the final resultif I accept your commission, I will respond and in the following days will provide you with a rough sketch of your commissionafter this rough sketch has been approved by the client, i will require full payment for the process to move forwardif paid in full, i will continue to work on your commission and provide progress shots for further confirmationNote: after the sketch has been confirmed, minimal are allowed to be made! Here’s a guideline for change fees:
During the sketch process: three free changes, with further changes incurring a fee.
During the render process: very minor changes allowed. One free change total, with further changes incurring a fee. Major changes may be declined.
After completion: changes are completely prohibited unless at the most minor degree. I am allowed to decline any changes I deem too major.Alright, back to the process!
Once the rendering process has started, refunds are no longer provided and minimal change can be requested
Once the commission has been completed, I will give you a .png file, .jpg file, and a .psd file of the finished artwork.Once I give you your files, please remain aware that unless the exclusivity fee is paid, my artwork remains my property.for any other questions, my dms are always open!
